Swastha Phage Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hosting an interactive online workshop on Computational Molecular Docking of Phage-Derived Proteins. This workshop is designed to provide participants with hands-on training in bioinformatics tools and molecular docking techniques, widely used in modern drug discovery and phage therapy research.
The field of phage research and computational drug discovery is rapidly transforming how we approach antimicrobial resistance. To bridge the gap between theory and practical skills, Swastha Phage Solutions Pvt. Ltd is inviting undergraduate students, Postgraduate students, PhD scholars, researchers, and faculty in life sciences, biotechnology, and bioinformatics for this online workshop.
The participants will learn:
- Overview of bacteriophage biology
- Fundamentals of protein–ligand docking
- Retrieval of protein structures from PDB Ligand preparation using PubChem
- Hands-on docking using AutoDock & PyRx Interpretation and analysis of docking results
